Refund Policy

  • Can I return a product after opening it?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on opened or used products due to the nature of our health supplements. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • In what cases can I request a return or replacement?

    You can request a return or replacement if you received the wrong item, the product was damaged during shipping, or the item is unused and still sealed. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • How will I receive my refund?

    Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

    If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer you a free replacement or a refund. Simply contact us with proof (like photos) and we’ll take care of the rest.
